Spring has Sprung! Plan for Summer Now!

Spring has definitely sprung in Southwest PA. It has taken quite a while of yo-yo weather that is typical of this area to get here. It wasn't that long ago that we were getting nightly frost warning well after the daffodils and crocuses (croci? lol) had already risen from their winter naps and started blooming.

It is now time to seriously plan those summer getaways here in Pennsylvania. With hiking and biking and boating (oh my!) all around, cabin and campsite reservations are already filling up. Our weather is lovely well into October with things to see and do.

If glamping is more your style of enjoying the outdoors, there are local wineries, breweries and taprooms, even a moonshiner or two along with restaurants that deserve Michelin stars in my opinion. A lovely chauffered tour with lunch and dinner can be tailored to your tastes before taking you back your accommodations.
